THE CARLTON Draft is back and - quite literally - bigger than ever in 2025.

Giving local footy clubs the chance to draft an iconic former AFL star, The Carlton Draft - thanks to Carlton Dry - is heading beyond Victoria, opening up to clubs in Western Australia and New South Wales.

And because of that exciting news, they need some help.

Following his involvement last year, Dyl ‘The Recruiter’ Buckley has the enviable task of scouring the nation for the best possible fit, all the while reporting to the Commissioner, Jonathan Brown.

They’re big shoes to fill, but if anyone can do it… it’s probably not Dyl, but he’ll do his best anyway.

He’s already landed Tom Hawkins, Matthew Pavlich and Brett Deledio, and as we know, those pesky recruiters will stop at nothing to get what - and, most importantly, who - they’re after.

Even if the video above proves The Recruiter won’t be successful in every venture he undertakes.
