THERE’LL be some different faces at Carlton’s open training session at La Trobe University today.
Of course, there have been the additions of Nick Haynes plus the Blues' five draftees over the off-season: Jagga Smith, Harry O'Farrell, the Camporeale twins and Harry Charleson.
The Blues will also have their four supplemental selection period train-on players present, with two of those in Matthew Carroll and Sam Durdin both featuring on the list in 2024.
They will be joined by former Hawthorn defender Denver Grainger-Barras and Carlton Reserves Best and Fairest winner Liam McMahon, who are also undergoing pre-season with the Blues over the summer.
Additionally, there are three members of the Club’s Carlton Academy who will feature in their second consecutive Friday session with the senior side, with 17-year-olds Jack Ison, Mingara Clark and Tyson Gresham all integrating with the AFL side and gaining valuable experience ahead of their draft years in 2025.
