FORWARD Matt Owies had his rough conduct charge upheld by the AFL Tribunal tonight.
Owies was charged for an incident that occurred in the Blues’ Round 24 game against St Kilda, which was graded as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact.
The Club contested the charge, and the charge was upheld at the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday night.
Owies will serve a one-game suspension and will miss the elimination final against Brisbane.
