CARLTON forward Matt Owies has been charged with rough conduct by the Match Review Officer following Sunday’s game against St Kilda.

The incident occurred in the fourth quarter and has been graded as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact, resulting in a one-match sanction being offered.

The Club has until 11am tomorrow to respond.
