CARLTON has made the one change for Sunday’s crunch clash with St Kilda.
After missing the trip to Perth last weekend, Adam Saad makes his return to the line-up to provide the Blues with some added bounce across half-back.
Confirmed by AFL Senior Coach Michael Voss in his Friday press conference, Saad is the solitary inclusion for Carlton ahead of a home game with big repercussions for the Blues should they come away with a win.
Saad returns to the line-up in place of Zac Williams.
The forward (hamstring tightness) has been withdrawn from the squad after being unable to complete the Club’s main training session today.
Williams and Charlie Curnow both come from the 26-man squad, replaced by Harry Lemmey and Billy Wilson as emergencies. They are joined by Orazio Fantasia.
Jaxon Binns, Jack Carroll, Cooper Lord, Mitch McGovern and Ashton Moir have been named on the interchange, with the Blues to name their sub an hour before the bounce.
After being listed as tests earlier in the week, Corey Durdin and Mitch McGovern have been named to take on the Saints, following the Club’s main session on Friday.
