THE AFLW team has a new podcast and the first guests don't get much bigger than this.

In the first episode of The Rundown, dynamic defensive duo Gen Lawson-Tavan and Harriet Cordner are behind the mics.

Together, the sidekicks break down the match simulation against Melbourne and how each of their individual roles played out on the day.

Going through the team review and their individual reviews, the experienced Lawson-Tavan and Cordner dissect their games and what they'll look to change moving forward.

Finally, previewing the upcoming Adelaide practice match, the tag team admitted they haven't faced the Crows in a while, with the entire team looking forward to the challenge.
