CARLTON defender Jordan Boyd is available to play in Round 17 after having his forceful front-on contact charge downgraded by the AFL Tribunal tonight.
Boyd was originally charged for an alleged incident that occurred in the Blues’ Round 16 win over Richmond, with a one-week suspension offered.
The AFL Tribunal downgraded the impact of the contact from medium to low impact, resulting in a fine instead being handed to Boyd.
