CARLTON AFL player No.1238.

Elijah Hollands is confirmed to make his Navy Blue debut in the Good Friday SuperClash against North Melbourne.

Available for selection for the first time at his new club, Hollands will play alongside his brother Ollie, who announced the news to the playing group during Wednesday’s main training session.

The older Hollands brother arrived at Carlton in last year’s trade period after 14 games for the Gold Coast Suns.

Selected with pick No.7 in the 2020 AFL Draft to the Suns, Hollands impressed all comers during his first pre-season at IKON Park, playing predominantly in a forward-mid role.

He’ll get the chance to prove his wares for his new club when he runs out in the Navy Blue for the first time at AFL level against the Roos tomorrow.

In doing so, Elijah and Ollie become the 22nd sibling pairing in Carlton history to play alongside one another in the same game — 21 in VFL/AFL history, as well as the Hosking twins at AFLW level.

Carlton’s team of 23 will be announced at 6:20pm tonight.
