With a sports marketing career consisting of 13+ years at AFL clubs, Gavin has gathered experience across roles specialising in content, communications, marketing, multimedia, digital, fan engagement and audience growth. He holds a Bachelor of Film and Digital Media and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School in Marketing in the Digital Era.
His current role oversees media and communications, creative, marketing, and digital. This team has a focus on growing and engaging our supporter base via effective, meaningful and emotional communications, while also operating as the marketing engine of the business, serving other departments to support the delivery of operational objectives.
