Vanessa has extensive experience working within elite sporting environments for more than 15 years, specialising in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. Her current role partners with the Club Executive to lead internal strategic capability across the Club including the ongoing review and actions of the Club’s overall United by Navy Blue business plan. 

This position plays a key role in creating shared alignment around the Club’s strategic plan and will act as a strategic advisor to the Club Executive, providing leadership, influence and collaboration opportunities across core club functions to ensure effective delivery of key business plan objectives. Further to these responsibilities, Vanessa also oversees the delivery of effective issues/crisis management.
