Brad is an experienced sports administrator within the AFL industry, with a career spanning over 20 years as an AFL player agent, recruiting manager, list manager and currently General Manager of Football after joining the Club in 2018.

Brad’s role represents the football department on the Club Executive team including both the AFL and AFLW football programs, while providing strategic direction and leadership to oversee key functions of the football department including list management, high performance, medical, coaching, operations and wellbeing.

Brad has completed both a Bachelors Degree and an MBA at Victoria University. He has also completed executive business programs in Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Business School.
