With 10 years’ experience at financial services firm EY and a position as General Manager of Corporate Services & Commercial at the State Sport Centres Trust, Tom has gathered vast experiences in operations and commerciality. He holds a Commerce Degree from The University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant and GAICD.

Previously serving for five years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Club, Tom was appointed to the Chief Operating Officer role in 2023. Whilst maintaining the portfolio of CFO in overseeing Finance, IT, Venue Operations, Data & Analytics, Legal Affairs, non-traditional revenues, Sustainability & Hospitality Venue Operations, Tom also oversees the Club’s Commercial Department led by Morten Webb. He acts as the Club’s Company Secretary and plays a key role in the interactions of the Board and various Board Sub-Committees, whilst also being a Board Member of Carlton Respects Pty Ltd.
