A leader in People, Culture and Employee and Customer Engagement, having worked in leadership roles across multiple sports and venues over many years. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Masters in Counselling Psychology, and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School in Transforming the Customer Experience.
Donna’s role and team are responsible for cultivating an employee experience that is unique to Carlton and builds a strong sense of belonging, helping our people be at their best. Donna also leads the Community team at Carlton to deliver a range of local community programs and initiatives including Carlton Respects.
