A PACY player with a passion for footy, Katie-Jane Grieve will don the navy blue in 2018 after being selected with pick No.12 in the 2017 AFL Women's rookie draft.
After completing her first season of footy this year, Grieve made a real impact – finishing second in her club’s best and fairest, as well as making the team of the year.
Women’s senior coach Damien Keeping said he was excited by Grieve’s potential.
“It’s a real testament to Katie’s character and skill that she came runner-up in her best and fairest in her first season,” Keeping said.
“She’s definitely a rising star of the competition, so we’re glad she’ll be on our team next year.”
