CARLTON has made four changes to the team to take on GWS.
After getting through main training on Thursday evening, the Blues can confirm that all four of Adam Cerra, Lachie Fogarty, Mitch McGovern and co-vice captain Sam Walsh will return to the side.
It’ll be Walsh’s first game since a hamstring injury sustained in Round 19, while Cerra and McGovern’s last games was the win over Collingwood. Fogarty returns after missing last weekend.
It was confirmed that Sam Docherty had come out of the side due to soreness: Patrick Cripps (soreness) has also been withdrawn from the squad.
The captain was unable to complete the Club’s main training session last night, so is unavailable for this Sunday’s game. Ed Curnow comes into the squad as an emergency.
Also coming out of the side are Caleb Marchbank and Marc Pittonet, who have been omitted. They join Curnow and Corey Durdin as the emergencies, with the sub to be announced an hour before the bounce.
