CARLTON has made just a sole change to its line-up ahead of Friday night’s Sir Doug Nicholls Round clash against Sydney at the SCG.
Forward-turned-midfielder Jack Silvagni comes into the side, replacing fellow youngster Harry McKay, who has been omitted from the side.
Silvagni has been recalled to the senior side for the first time since Round 6 after flourishing in a new role through the middle in recent weeks with the Northern Blues.
The Blues will acknowledge the Sir Doug Nicholls Round by wearing a specially designed guernsey from local artist Lyn-Al Young, representing club, community, connection and country.

All match-worn and player issued guernseys will appear on Carlton’s online auction site following the match, with funds raised going towards the Blues’ community programs.
Carlton faces the in-form and fourth-placed Sydney Swans at 7:50pm, with Channel Seven and Fox Footy both broadcasting the Friday-night clash.
