Jacob Weitering will make his return from a shoulder injury after being named to face North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.
Daniel Gorringe will come into the Blues' side to line up for his first game of the season, while Simon White has also been named.
Matthew Kreuzer (knee), Levi Casboult (leg) and Michael Jamison (illness) will all miss.
Meanwhile, Cameron Wood has been elevated from the rookie list as the replacement for Harry McKay, who was previously placed on the club’s long-term injury list.
Meanwhile, North Melbourne has also made three changes, bringing in Michael Firrito, Farren Ray and Trent Dumont at the expense of Majak Daw (omitted), Ben Jacobs (foot) and Mason Wood (concussion).
