On Friday 23 June, over 1,000 guests enjoyed an enchanting evening at the Carlton Football Club’s 2017 Gala Ball – Circus Spectacular.
Proudly presented by Hyundai, the Club’s biggest fundraising event of the year gathered Carlton officials, sponsors, members, supporters and former club greats at Crown Palladium for a night of captivating circus acts and lively music.
After hearing from Carlton President Mark LoGiudice, senior coach Brendon Bolton and captain Marc Murphy, guests deliberated on over 150 silent auction items and engaged in a live auction while they enjoyed a delectable three-course meal.
With ticket number 25, former Carlton Director George Varlamos became the proud owner of a brand-new Hyundai i30 – one of the major raffle items up for grabs.
Holidays to Lizard Island, Hamilton Island, Byron Bay and a variety of experiences with current Carlton players were just some of the other items that went under the hammer.
The Carlton Football Club would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended the 2017 Gala Ball – Circus Spectacular, as well all those who supported the event by donating an item for auction to make the evening a success.
