CARLTON’S opening AFL practice match of its 2023 campaign will be live-streamed on Kayo and broadcast on Foxtel this Friday.
Hosting Collingwood at IKON Park in its first hitout against external opposition, Carlton’s pre-season match against the old enemy will kick off from 11am. The game will take place over four 25-minute quarters, with no time on.
If you are looking to attend this Friday (there will also be a VFL practice match after the AFL), you can register your interest here.
There will also be live coverage across Carlton's social channels, plus video highlights after the game. The VFL game will not be streamed, but highlights will also be available post-match.
All AFL unofficial match simulations will be streamed on Kayo and broadcast on Foxtel, as will the official AFL practice matches a week later when the Blues take on the Swans at Blacktown International Sports Park.
Teams for the match simulations will be announced by the clubs on the day of the match, while teams for the official practice games will be released at 5pm AEDT the day before the match.
Carlton will open the 2023 home-and-away campaign with its traditional season opener against Richmond on Thursday 16 March.
