CARLTON midfield duo Mimi Hill and Abbie McKay have each earned coaches' votes for their performances in Friday night’s Round 8 clash with Richmond.

The pair combined for seven clearances and 39 disposals, allowing the Blues to control the opening term and dominate territory early in the match.

Hill received five votes for her 20-disposal performance, which also consisted of the game’s opening goal from the forward pocket.

Her four score involvements and 288 metres gained were both game highs, while she ranks No.1 for disposals in Navy Blue this season.

McKay rounded out the votes for the Blues, contributing 19 disposals, six inside 50s and a career-high 11 tackles: she is one of only five players to average over 20 disposals and seven tackles a game in 2022.

It was the third consecutive game in which McKay has polled, registering the most votes of any Blue this season with 27.
