A PAIR of Game Changers have been welcomed back into Carlton’s Round 7 team.
Named for her first game of the season, Brooke Walker will feature after returning from the Parramatta Eels where she featured in their run to the NRLW Grand Final.
Playing for the first time since Round 9 of season six, Walker is a handy boost for the Blues, providing some zip and spark around the ground.
She returns alongside Amelia Velardo, who is back in the fold after missing the last fortnight.
Velardo didn’t miss a beat in her first four uninterrupted games for her childhood club, with a win and two draws from her opening month in the Navy Blue: she has now fully recovered from the concussion sustained against Fremantle back in Round 4.
It was confirmed earlier in the week that Lily Goss would miss the remainder of the season due to a shoulder injury, while Nat Plane (omitted) is the Blues’ other change.
Tomorrow night’s game begins at 6:10pm AEDT from RSEA Park.
