Carlton Assistant Coach Gavin Brown is parting ways with the Club, to pursue another opportunity.
Brown came to Carlton in October 2010, after previously working as an Assistant Coach at Collingwood.
Carlton’s GM – Football Operations Andrew McKay has thanked Brown for his contribution to the Club.
“Gavin has been integral in developing Carlton’s defenders,” McKay said.
“In particular this season, our back-line has been really strong, and that is largely thanks to the tremendous and tireless efforts of Gavin.
“Gavin is looking to further develop his coaching credentials, and we wish him all the very best with it.”
In farewelling Brown, Senior Coach Michael Malthouse wished him well and thanked him for his time at the Club.
“In his three years at Carlton, Gavin has developed a great relationship with the playing group and displayed a level of excellence across all facets of his coaching,” Malthouse said.
“I would like to thank him for his contribution to the Carlton Football Club and wish him all the best for his future development.”
