CARLTON has finalised its team of 22 for Sunday’s clash with Greater Western Sydney.

In what will be the Blues’ final game at Marvel Stadium in 2022, the home side has made four changes to the team which will take on the Giants.

It was confirmed by Michael Voss earlier on Friday that Mitch McGovern would return to the side for his first game since Round 2 after emerging unscathed in his VFL return from hamstring surgery.

Joining McGovern will be Josh Honey, Lochie O'Brien and Will Setterfield.

Honey has been elevated after being the medical sub last weekend, while O'Brien and Setterfield shone alongside McGovern for the Carlton Reserves. O'Brien had a busy first half with 17 disposals before being pulled from the game as the holdover AFL emergency, while Setterfield was the best player on the ground with 40 disposals playing on the wing.

On top of last night's confirmed changes with George Hewett (back soreness) and Will Hayes (suspension) coming out of the side, Jack Newnes and Liam Stocker have been omitted.

Newnes and Stocker join Paddy Dow and Lachie Fogarty as emergencies: one of those four will be named as medical sub an hour before Sunday's 1:10pm bounce.
