The AFL last night inducted six greats into the Australian Football Hall of Fame, at its annual dinner held in Melbourne.
Carlton greats Anthony Koutoufides and Ern Henfry were joined by Brad Johnson (Western Bulldogs), Warren Tredrea Port Adelaide), Andrew McLeod (Adelaide Crows) and Matthew Richardson (Richmond).
The Australian Football Hall of Fame was established in 1996 and serves to recognise players, coaches, umpires, administrators, and media representatives who have made an outstanding contribution to Australian football.
The Carlton Football Club would like to congratulate all inductees, in particular Ern Henfry and Anthony Koutoufides.
The Blues will be paying tribute to these players and other Carlton greats at the Club’s 150th Celebration on Saturday 14 June at The Plenary, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Social Club tickets to the event are still available.
