AS THE Carlton Reserves prepare for their first hitout of the 2022 VFL season, they have also learned the fixture fate for the opening two months of the campaign.
It all begins at IKON Park this Friday evening, when the Blues host the Brisbane Lions from 5pm on Royal Parade.
Carlton access members are eligible for a $0 ticket to Friday night’s game, using their 12-digit barcode number. You can purchase tickets here.
It’s the first instalment in what’s shaping up to be an exciting campaign for the Blues, who have now locked in their first seven games.
Home games against the Tigers and Kangaroos occur in Rounds 4 and 6 of the VFL season respectively, taking place on the same day as the AFL side’s clashes with Port Adelaide and North Melbourne.
The Blues will also have an interstate double-header with the Gold Coast Suns on Sunday 10 April, with VFL action kicking off from 12:35pm before the AFL contest at 4:10pm.
Away games against Box Hill (Round 2), Werribee (Round 5) and a Saturday night in Frankston (Round 7) have also had timings confirmed.
