THE BLUES have made multiple changes to their line up ahead of their first home game for the season against the Southern Saints
There are four players coming in from the side that travelled to Western Australia last weekend, with Lauren Brazzale, Charlotte Hammans, Brooke Walker and Charlotte Wilson all looking to put their stamp on the game.
Forwards Walker and Hammans will look to provide more attacking firepower, with the VFLW Blues having to make up for the loss in defence of Maddy Guerin to senior selection.
The Blues will have some extra help in the middle of the park too, with Brazzale playing for the VFLW side for the first time this season.
Named as emergencies for the senior side, one of Brazzale and Wilson will come out of the VFLW side as the hold-over emergency for the Game Changers' clash later that evening.
Carlton have two more inclusions from a VFL perspective: Esther Honybun and Thomay Nicolaou have been named in the 21 following their strong performances on the training track.
An additional four AFLW-listed Blues who featured in the opening game of the season will front up on Saturday: Annie Lee, Imogen Milford, Poppy Schaap and Brooke Vernon.
