Inside the design: Our 2022 Pride guernsey

Creative Manager at the Carlton Football Club, Ashleigh Hills, spoke about the opportunity to work with the Carlton Pride group to bring their 2022 Pride guernsey to life.

As we prepare to celebrate the 2022 AFLW Pride Round this weekend, we're on the hunt for an artist to help us demonstrate our Pride and design our next AFLW Pride guernsey to be worn by the Game Changers in 2023. 

The guernsey plays an important role in promoting equality while also raising awareness and showing support for the LGBTQIA+ community. 

The Blues’ 2022 Pride guernsey, designed by the Club’s Carlton Pride supporter group, represents themes of LGBTQIA+ and AFLW stories relating to growth, journey, struggle, and strength.

Designers have until 5pm AEDT Tuesday 25 January to submit their design via this link.
