CARLTON forward Darcy Vescio has been charged with rough conduct (dangerous tackle) in the Round 1 game against Collingwood.

The incident occurred against Brittany Bonnici during the first quarter of yesterday's match and was deemed careless conduct, low impact and high contact.

The action was classified as a $400 sanction as a first offence and Darcy can accept a reprimand with an early plea.
