Australia's best network.
2023 was the year that Charlie Curnow added a second Coleman Medal to his accolades – the first ever Carlton player in history to do so.
Tallying 14 more goals than in 2022, Curnow upped his game at the highest level, earning himself his second All-Australian selection. He also created a new record for himself to beat, kicking a career-best 10 goals in Round 19.
The 27-year-old had another career first, finishing third in the Best and Fairest count - his first year on the podium - where Curnow’s goal kicking (first in the league), goal assists (second in the league) and contested marking (first in the league) landed him the votes from the coaching panel.
In the last year playing alongside brother Ed, Charlie played every game of 2023 for the first time in his career – his three seasons on the sidelines now seeming like a lifetime ago.
