Swapping Metricon Stadium for IKON Park in 2021, Charlotte Hammans has now completed two seasons with the Game Changers. Having been an inaugural member of the Suns' AFLW side, Hammans left her native Queensland to join the Blues in the 2020 trade period.
Hammans gained a taste of AFLW in 2021 and was given her fourth game this season in Round 2 against Geelong. The forward will look to cement her spot in the line-up come August.
