Carlton will blood another debutant in tomorrow night's clash with Port Adelaide at the Adelaide Oval, with Nick Holman named to make his debut in the navy blue.
The 19-year-old was recruited with Carlton's third round pick in last year's National Draft.
Hailing from Kyabram in northern Victoria, Holman is an inside midfielder who has been effectively utilised in a run-with role for the Northern Blues this season.
Holman comes into the side along with Blaine Johnson and Kane Lucas.
Johnson will run out for his fifth AFL game after making his debut in Round 15, while Lucas will play his first senior game since Round 7.
The trio come in for Dale Thomas (knee), David Ellard (ankle) and Dennis Armfield (omitted).
The match kicks off at Adelaide Oval on Friday at 7.20pm ACST.
