Carlton's Michael Jamison is recovering well, after an on-field clash saw him stretchered from the ground in Saturday's Semi-Final against Sydney at ANZ Stadium.
Jamison copped an accidental knock to the head in the dying minutes of the match, causing the 27-year-old's head to turn awkwardly as he hit the ground.
Carlton's medical team didn't take any chances and placed a brace around Jamison's neck before he was taken from the ground on a stretcher.
The Blues' No.40 was conscious as he was taken to hospital for precautionary scans, which cleared him on any serious damage.
Jamison returned to Melbourne with the team on Sunday.
